    To resolve this, please make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits. Once logged in, please visit your Rank Math Account area and check if the remaining credits are displayed correctly. You can do this by navigating to the Websites section from the left sidebar.

    Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. After doing so, refresh the credits count in the Content AI settings to request the updated credits from our server.
