I am afraid Rank Math’s FAQ and HowTo blocks only work with the regular Gutenberg blocks. They do not work if the blocks are added using a different plugin.
You may consider checking with UAG and see if there is a way for their plugin to not strip the FAQ Block’s Schema when added using their plugin.
You can use the regular Gutenberg Block to add FAQs and HowTo blocks.
In the meantime, we will see if there can be a workaround in the future updates of the plugin.
