Maybe it’s because we are using a Russian server? But then why does this work on other pages (for example, on a product edit page)?
Additionally, it works fine on another website, which is located on the same server and uses same version of Rank MATH plugin
Hmm, very interesting situation: I just checked another website (which I told, that it works fine) and when I tried add new category and edit meta, it DOESN’T save it too. But older category optimizations are displaying well. Can you tell me, what’s going on?))

Apologies for the delay as we prioritize older tickets, and whenever you post a reply here, your ticket is getting bumped to the top.
We’re unable to replicate this issue on our test install using the latest version of Rank Math. The meta are saving on new product categories, even the old ones.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be caused by conflicting plugins/theme on your site.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
