Are you using Firefox or Safari browser upon editing your site? If so, please try using the Google Chrome browser and let us know if the issue still persists.
We are already aware of the issue and working on a fix for this. The error shows up when you try to update the page in Firefox but it works fine on Chrome.
We will inform you once we release a fix for this issue. Meanwhile, please use Chrome to save the changes until then.

Please check if you are using a Firewall, as there are chances that it will prevent saving the data.
If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
Whitelisting the route should fix the issue.

Please also clear your browser cache and cookies, and you should be able to update the SEO metadata.
