Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
You can easily fix this by heading over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Search Console > Cache Limit and click on the “Delete Cache” button.
This will essentially clear the outdated statistics and then you can use the update cache manually to fetch new data from your dashboard.

This seems to have fixed the problem, but it says:
Cached Days: 47
although, I’ve set it to 90.
How so?
Another thing – When I’m this setting page, there is disabled scrolling and I cant get to lower options of WP left sidebar.

The cached data will be incrementally be increased as time goes since the module relies on the WP cron system.
The disabled scrolling could indicate a bigger problem. Could you please check if there are any JS errors reported on your browser console?
