Thanks I could figure that out myself, but I dont like broken code lying around like that.
Can I know instead what it was supposed to be? (instead of the broken code) Is it supposed to be a short excerpt of the page? or?

That looks like a code added using Divi Builder or any other theme from ElegantThemes. Looks to be a header element.
