Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If this doesn’t help then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hi Michael Davis,
I checked website health, all good nothing is wrong. WP and all plugins are up-to-date as well.
The issue is weird, some posts have the RankMath score and setting, while others don’t have.
When I look at this issue I found out that posts that contain it have a schema “BlogPosting”. And the posts with schema “Off” do not include the SEO score and analysis.
Can you please help me and propose a solution?
Thanks,
Akram
Hello,
Please include your WP access in the sensitive section so we can take a closer look into this.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I added the login URL in the sensitive data section. Would appreciate your help 🙂 Thanks
Hello,
The access provided seems to be limited, check the screencast in the sensitive section(missing plugins/themes/settings). Please elevate it to admin access so we can troubleshoot this without limitations. You can use a plugin such as wp-activity to monitor changes made to your site, if any.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I just updated the login URL, please let me know if it’s good. Thanks Michael.
Hello,
Just to be sure, could you share with us a post where you see it happening so we can log in and check it?
Looking forward to help you.
For example, the post named: 9 Ways to Send Customer Appreciation Emails (+19 Subject Lines)
And it’s not only on that post, the same issue applies on multiple others.
You can see it there, but mostly it’s on the articles where the schema is market “Off”.
