Please note that the images are included in the sitemap only if those images are added through the default content editor or if they are featured images.
Please select the include featured images option and check if the images are added to the sitemap.

I noticed that the post type listing_type doesn’t have a featured image field. There is a custom field that is storing photos. You will have to use the following filter and modify it to add images to each post. As you already mentioned you are not a developer, I think you should get a developer to write some custom code using the following filter hook.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/entry', function ( $url, $type, $object ) {
return $url;
}, 10, 3 );
