Rank Math Dashboard Performance doesn’t work

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Let’s try to import the data manually:

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

    I visited your website and I found that you have an outdated version of Rank Math PRO installed.

    Could you please confirm whether you have an active Rank Math PRO subscription? If yes, then please let us know if you’ve posted this ticket with the same account you used during the purchase?

    Since Rank Math PRO was not updated, it was causing issues while displaying the data, as I disabled Rank Math PRO, the Analytics Dashboard populated instantly. Please have a look at the screencast available in the sensitive data section of this ticket and confirm it on your end.
