    Hi,
    My Rank Math account tells me I have 3 credits left for my WordPress site, but when I go to my WordPress site to do keyword analysis it is telling me I don’t have any credits.
    Is there something I may have set wrong?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please go to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh
