Rank Math Content AI tool not working is not working. Kindly check and do let me know asap.
as per records, based on purchase date, it has still time to renew. And the total AI Credits was allotted 225, and so far I have 170 articles on my site airpra.com. Means I still have credits left.
Please check and update the credits…

To resolve the issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. After logging in, head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Check if you can see the correct remaining credits. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by heading over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are the steps to do so:
- Disconnect your account
- Reconnect your account
After reconnecting, please go to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
