Rank Math Cannot Recognise Custom Post Fields

    I am using a premium theme that provides a custom post type called ‘courses’. Rank Math is currently unable to recognise the fields of this post type. I have tried adding the field names in Titles & Meta -> Post Types –> Courses -> Custom Fields section. This has no effect. I have tried adding the field names in the format:

    qns_course_description

    and also:

    %customfield(qns_course_description)%

    Neither work. Am I missing something?

    Could you please share the name of the theme you are using so we can check this from our end? We need to install the theme from our end to find out what is causing Rank Math to not read the custom fields.

    Your theme doesn’t seem to be working correctly. We are getting all sorts of errors while enabling it:

    Please share your WP logins in the sensitive data section so we can check this on your website since we cannot seem to be able to make it run on ours.

    Hello,

    We are still getting the same issue even when we install this on our local host.

    Please share your website logins so we can check this on your website because we cannot get it to install on our own testing websites.

    The fact you cannot even install a theme doesn’t give me much confidence. I will stick with Yoast I think.

    There is an issue with your theme, as showcased by the screenshot we shared. The screenshot clearly shows the error coming from your theme:

    The issue with the custom field might very well be an issue from the theme’s end as well since it cannot be installed on our latest server stack.
