    Hi, I run a site that uses Toolset to create custom content types, and WP Facet to show tables of these on a “Resources” page on the site

    Bizarrely (this JUST started happening) when RankMath plugin is turned on, the Resources query breaks and instead of showing Resources, it starts showing guest poster bios from a separate site on a different subdomain!!

    I’m mystified, baffled and would love to be able to fix this, I can’t even imagine how it is happening

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Upon checking your site, I was able to replicate the issue but that seemed to be a temporary issue, See here: https://i.rankmath.com/MTTF2y. They are displaying so because the facet fields/filters are not yet loaded in the builder yet. Could be an issue of caching or loading of resources within the beaver builder.

    If you do select the resources filter first and then select the NEW RESOURCES filter you will notice the change and the correct resources were displayed. You can see a screenshot of the resources: https://i.rankmath.com/X4tzgz. This is an issue of integration between the two plugins here.

    Please note I did have the Rank Math plugin activated while testing this. Let us know if you are able to see the same from your end.

    HI Brian, thanks so much for your reply and glad to see you were able to replicate . Can you suggest a fix for this?

    Also, I did notice that this only started happening after most recent update of RankMath plugin – in the event that there is no fix, where can I download the previous version of Rankmath?

    Thank you for the update.

    We would like to further check your site, but it seems that the passwords are not working anymore. Could you please check?

    However, Rank Math has an option if you wanted to do a rollback to previous versions. You can check this link for more information:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#a-how-to-rollback-rank-math-to-a-previous-version

    Please also take note that we always recommend before rolling back Rank Math or making any important changes to your website is that always take backups.

    Hi Reinelle, apologies, in order to troubleshoot this problem with the latest Rankmath update I had to restore the site from backup

    I have turned off the rankmath plugin and confirmed that WP-Facet templates and queries are now working correctly again

    I have also recreated the user rankmath-help as seen in the sensitive data panel

    Thank you for reaching out to Rank Math again.

    Upon further inspecting your website, I have noticed that the issue is being caused by the Molongui Authorship plugin which replaces the New Resources filter with its own content filters for authors. This is most likely not an issue with Rank Math, but you may want to consult the plugin developers regarding this matter. It is possible that they could be having a filter that goes by that as well.
