rank math analytics is not updating in the dashboard. it updates randomly every few days so on the 7-day chart it has no results for the last 4 days. no clicks no impressions nothing… then suddenly it will update and give me statistics for a day then nothing again. right now it’s saying it last updated on the 22 March

Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools >> Database Tools and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

I have done this before and it worked for that day but then it stopped updating daily hence why I contacted you this time. I’m going through the process you suggested above though so will let you know when it’s been updated. thanks for the quick replies as well 🙂

ok, everything has reset and it’s reading data from today. no previous days data. is that what it should be doing or should it pull previous days data as well?
this is what it did last time and then stopped working after the first day so ill keep you updated

We fetch the data from the last 3 months. Please give it some more time and see if the data is displayed accordingly.
Also, new data is fetched from Google Analytics on a 3 days interval.

The fetching process depends on every website, but normally it should take less than 20 minutes to populate.
We can also take a look to monitor this issue with your Analytics dashboard. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

I was able to login into your WordPress admin area and I found the Analytics data of the past 90 days are already populated on the Analytics dashboard of Rank Math.

I just want to remind you that the data fetching process will not happen every day. In the Free version of the plugin it will happen every 7 days and in the PRO version every 3 days.
Regarding the issue of graphs not showing data from all days, we have identified that as an issue and have fixed it in the latest Beta.
If you want to try the Beta on your website please enable the Beta update by following this:

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients
Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.
You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is fixed.
