Rank Math AI credits wrong number

To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the AI credits. Once logged in, please navigate to Rank Math > Account > Websites or visit this URL: Rank Math Account

Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. You can do this by heading over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are the steps:

After reconnecting your account, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Yes, you do not have a Rank Math PRO plan – you only have a Content AI plan. To refresh your Content AI credits please navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and click on the tin refresh button on the bottom of the page.

If that does not still help, then please share your website login with us so we can help take a look. Please follow these steps:

• Edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress and FTP logins in the Sensitive Data section. This is a secure section that only our support staff can access.
  
• Make sure you take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

Meanwhile, can you please confirm to us if you’re seeing the correct number of credits when you log in to your rankmath.com/my-account/websites?

If you’re seeing the correct number of credits here like in the image above, then this is an issue with syncing information between rankmath.com and your website.

Please disconnect and reconnect your account again to sync your website with your Rank Math account.

After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits.

The issue occurred because information between rankmath.com and your website was not synced properly.

Whenever issues like this occur, the solution is to disconnect and reconnect the website to Rank Math and then refresh the Content AI credit.

As you have reconnected your website with your Rank Math account, then go ahead to Refresh the Content AI credit by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI. Then scroll down and click the Refresh icon as shown in the image below:

If however, you face challenges with this, please provide your WordPress and FTP login details following the guide here so we can check for you.

Apologies for the confusion earlier.

The Rank Math PRO subscription and Content AI Creator subscription are visible when you check your Rank Math account here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/subscriptions/

The pop-up that you see shows your Rank Math subscription plan (and it is the same for all tiers of subscription) when creating a connection between Rank Math and your website. The Content AI subscription plan is not shown on this popup. However, this connection is also needed for the Content AI to function.

Please note that Rank Math PRO and Content AI Creator are different products. The Rank Math SEO PRO plan is a subscription for the Rank Math SEO PRO plugin for your WordPress site. The Content AI Creator plan is a subscription for a module called Content AI within the Rank Math SEO plugin.

The issue with your website is a rare occurrence, most issues are usually resolved after disconnecting and connecting to Rank Math and then refreshing the Content AI credit, and that is why we require your website and FTP login details as requested by my colleague here so that we can fix it for you.

However, if our solution doesn’t work and you are still unable to use the Content AI, we will gladly refund you.
