I bought a rank iq ai plan today. I’ve tried all the tutorials the chatbot reccommended and I can’t get to my ai credits to show on wordpress. I even deactivated and reactivated the account. The credits show in my account but it still says zero in wordpress. It won’t even let me see the ai section. It’s really frustrating as this plugin came highly recommended.

To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once you are logged in, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
If the credit count is correct but not showing on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. Here are the steps for reference:

After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
