Rank Math 500 error when using PointPro

    Hi
    Using PointPro and when attempting to use RankMath SEO Analysis TI receive the following message
    “his page isn’t working plannedwishes.com.au is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500”

    I have Version 1.0.27.4 of Rank Math and cannot use the SEO Analysis any more.

    Have read several of the other related posts with no luck in finding a solution.

    Your assistance would be appreciated.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We have come across this issue and it only seems to affect a couple of sites but you can easily fix this by deleting the “rankmath_seo_analysis_results” entry from the options table on your database.
    I have installed the WP phpMyAdmin plugin on your site to help with this but unfortunately access to your database is forbidden on your current server.
    Please perform these steps and if you are unable to get this to work, please share some temporary ask for some temporary database access from your host and share with us so that we can check further.
