    Hi Rank Math Team,

    I need your assistance with an issue I’m facing. After installing Rank Math on my WordPress website, I can only see two products in the backend product listing. When I deactivate Rank Math, all my products become visible again.

    Deactivated Rank Math: When Rank Math is deactivated, all products are visible in the backend.

    Hello,

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with the visibility of your products in the backend after installing Rank Math. This can sometimes happen due to misalignment in the WooCommerce products page settings.

    To resolve this, you can try excluding any misaligned columns in the Screen Options menu. Here’s how:

    1. Go to your WooCommerce products page in the backend.
    2. Click on Screen Options at the top right corner.
    3. Deselect any columns that may be causing the misalignment and then click on Apply.

    This should help realign your WooCommerce products page and make all your products visible again.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for not following up quickly and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
