Question About Setting Up Rank Math

    Rank Math free

    What I initially did was install Rank math and go through the wizard and that’s it. I decided to now read how to set up rank math at https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-setup/. I noticed that what is recommended there isn’t automatically checked to on. For example under No Follow External links, it is set to off, but the at https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-setup/ it is recommended for it to be on. I noticed that I had to be changing a lot of my Rank math settings based on that article. So I’m just wondering if I’m doing the right thing or should I have left most of the settings at how it was originally when I first installed it?

    Hi Md,

    In the setup wizard, we leave the setting in the “safe mode”. It is done so the settings are perfect for all usuall blogs. However, if you know what you are doing and know a bit of SEO – we recommend some of the changes you should be making in the KB article.

    With that said, there is no one pill fits all so treat carefully and only make changes if you know what you are doing.
