Purchasing and Switching Out to Mine

    Rank Math pro

    Hello,

    I have Rank Math Pro on two of my sites which was initiated by my Web Support person. Is it possible to purchase my own and switch it up on my sites so they are now in my possession, but also not causing any issues while doing so?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your inquiry to us.

    Rank Math stores its settings in the database so disconnecting from one account to connect to another will not affect the data nor your optimization settings.

    To purchase a subscription go to https://rankmath.com/offer/

    If you have the latest version of Rank Math FREE and Rank Math PRO: https://rankmath.com/changelog/ there is no need to download the PRO version from https://rankmath.com/my-account/. Just simply try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to the correct account.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.
