    Hello,

    I purchase a subscription and credits are not showing on the website, I need assistance to get the issue resolve.

    I tried to add website to RankMath portal and keeps saying that they can find it!

    Please, help!

    Your website is connected to a Rank Math PRO account and the Content AI subscription was done on a Free account. Please include in the sensitive data section by editing your first post, the email addresses of your PRO account and Free account, and state whether you want us to merge the two accounts or transfer the credits to the PRO account.

    Would you mind transferring the credits to my website account? I would like to keep only one account. When I purchased the credit, I utilized a link from the website that brought me to the RankMath account, thus it was not a different account. I will be fine if the link is adjusted to the correct account. Can you assist me with this?
