    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    The email address with the Rank Math PRO purchase is s*****@g********.

    You need to login to that account to use the purchased subscription. Once you logged in to the account, you can download the PRO plugin from here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Then, re-activate your Rank Math PRO plugin. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    However, if you intend to use the PRO subscription with your existing free Rank Math account, we can merge your two accounts to avoid further confusion. Just let us know which email address you wish to keep and we’ll merge it for you.
