    We can confirm that the PRO subscription you purchased has been applied to your account.

    Please ensure that you have installed both the PRO plugin and the Free one on your website as you need them together.

    You can download the PRO plugin here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Then, head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your paid Rank Math account again.
