    Hi, I just purchased a PRO license with f**********@m*********** (thinking it was just for contact purposes) and now my account is still free. The email on this account is c*******@m***********. Is it possible to fix this?

    We apologize for the inconvenience you’re facing. When you upgrade to a PRO plan with a different email address, it can cause your account to still show as free. To resolve this, you can contact our support team to merge both accounts or change the email connected to your PRO plan.

    To do so, please navigate to the Rank Math Support Forum and open a ticket. In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue, and in the Ticket Question section, provide more details about the email address you used for the PRO plan and the email associated with your free account.

    In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email addresses you want to connect to your PRO account. If you’re merging your FREE and PRO accounts, you need to select one of the emails as your preferred email address. You may also include a screenshot of the invoice you received from FastSpring.com.

    Once done, click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button. With the details provided, our support team will locate your PRO account and change the email connected to it or merge it with your FREE account as requested.
