Purchase Pro plan but misspelt my email when putting it in the email box….

    Hi,

    I just purchased a year of the Pro plan and accidentally misspelt my email…

    The email I put in is *Sensitive data box*

    Can I please have assistance with moving that membership to my actual email – listed on second line of sensitive data box

    Please let me know if you require any more information from me

    To assist you in merging your accounts or changing the email connected to your Pro plan, please ensure that you have submitted a support ticket with the correct email address in the Sensitive Data section. This will allow our support team to locate your Pro account and make the necessary changes.

    If you haven’t done so already, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to the Rank Math Support Forum to open a ticket.
    2. In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of your issue.
    3. In the Ticket Question section, provide more details about your request.
    4. In the Sensitive Data section, include both the misspelled email and your actual email address.
    5. Click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.

    Submit your ticket

    Once your ticket is submitted, our support team will review it and assist you further. If you have any additional information or questions, feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent will take over.
