Purchase Pro package and package is missing

    Hi there,

    I just purchased your RankMath SEO Pro package and it is not showing in my dashboard when I click on Login from the email I received instead it shows the free version. That is not a good start! Could you please urgently resolve the issue and have the Pro package under my account dashboard asap? Thank you

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I can confirm that the Rank Math account you are using to create this ticket has the PRO subscription.

    Please ensure that you have installed the PRO version of the plugin as you need it together with the Free one.

    After confirming that, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your paid Rank Math account.
