Purchase a pro version but a didn’t recieve anything

    Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing regarding your Rank Math PRO purchase. To install the PRO version, please follow these steps:

    1. Log into your Rank Math account and download the Rank Math PRO plugin zip file from your dashboard.

    2. Ensure that the Rank Math Free version is installed on your website. If you haven’t installed it yet, go to your WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New, search for Rank Math, and click Install Now.

    3. After installing the Free version, navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New again, click on Upload Plugin, and choose the Rank Math PRO zip file you downloaded. Click Install Now.

    4. Once installed, activate the Rank Math PRO plugin.

    5. To activate your Rank Math PRO license, go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and click on Connect Now to link your account.

    6. You will be prompted to connect your Rank Math account to activate your license. If you have multiple subscriptions, select the correct one from the drop-down menu and click Ok, ACTIVATE NOW.

    After completing these steps, you should have access to all the PRO features in your Rank Math dashboard.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Your account has been already upgraded to the PRO version. You’ll also notice that the PRO badge is already showing on your account details.

    If you haven’t already, you can go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO/Business license:

    Please install the Rank Math PRO plugin files if you haven’t already from your registered account from here:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
