Publishing error on Wordpress website

    We were going to purchase your pro version of the plugin but are receiving an error on our live site when trying to update or publish posts/pages. It plainly says “Update failed”. I’ve sent the full error log in the “Sensitive Data” section.

    If I deactivate the plugin, no errors are shown and the site works perfectly.

    We’re using https://loopia.se as web hotel, PHP version is 8.1 and the theme is custom-built. The Rankmath plugin works perfectly in our local environment.

    The site in question is https://fackapp.se.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems that the history log from the Instant Indexing feature is not getting retrieved.

    To get rid of this error please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Instant Indexing and submit a URL manually to the API to generate the log.

    After that, the post submissions should work without any issues.
