Product URL redirect

    Hi, I have an issue I need to resolve ASAP. All my products are going via a redirect that strips the /product/ part from the URL and I don’t understand why since I don’t find that redirect in the settings and the option to strip is in marked as OFF – http://prntscr.com/p6a9od.

    So why do I still get this redirect – http://prntscr.com/p6a9sd – and how do I turn it off so my product url will be – domain.com/product/product-slug?

    That is happening because you have this redirect rule in your redirections.
    null

    Please disable that redirect and see if the issue persists.

    I disabled it but it didn’t help. How does that redirect has anything to do with the removal of the “product” in the URL of the products?

    The products are still showing without product in the url. for example – https://jackmonsonego.co.il/timberland-hagb00531bl/

    It should be – https://jackmonsonego.co.il/product/timberland-hagb00531bl/

    I also deactivated all the redirections I have and it still redirect from product to the URL with no product. If all redirects are OFF, how does it still redirect? Where is the redirect rule that controls this?

    I updated the plugin to the latest version on your site and that seemed to have fixed the issue. Can you please confirm?

    The product page was wrongly redirecting to the page without the base when Remove Category base option was enabled in Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Woocommerce settings. We released an update yesterday addressing this issue.

    Please activate all the Redirections on your site, that shouldn’t cause any problem now.
