In this case, please exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Please ensure that the Product Tags on your website are set to index.
Head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product Tags, enable the Tag Archives Robots Meta option, and check the index checkbox.
