After deactivate and activate again plugin RankMath – this link become working again good.
But it was not 404 error. It look like some error in route procedure (link was detected not as PRODUCT-TAG -> as a Product. Product template generated this page (with empty price, foto, etc)
The URL still leads to 404 page. Is the issue affecting only this page or all tags ?
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Have you tried monitoring your 404 error? You can also enable Advanced monitoring from General Settings > 404 Monitor

I checked your site and the issue is coming up when the option to remove base is enabled in Rank math > General Settings > WooCommerce : https://i.rankmath.com/eckGXH. This being facilitated by the fact that you have a tag with the same name as one of your products.
In this case, you have the following options:
1. Change the product URL slug in the General tab of Rank math in the product: https://i.rankmath.com/XeC4BD
2. Change the URL slug of the tag instead
3. Disable the remove base option
