Apologies for the inconvenience.
Upon checking the product-sitemap2.xml, there’s an invalid character on the image file name/title that’s why the issue occurs.
Please refer to the affected URL in the sensitive data section. You may update the image file name for the invalid character and check again the sitemap.
Regarding the product-sitemap3.xml, the source code is showing fine, however, due to the links per sitemap (set to 1000), your browser may be unable to load it.
Please note that Google crawls small-sized sitemaps faster. With this in mind, Rank math uses the links per sitemap limit to break down sitemaps into smaller parts. You can also check Google’s guidelines for sitemaps:
https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/sitemaps/build-sitemap
You may set your Links per sitemap between 200 and 500 as recommended.

Can you help me point out which character is invalid so I can avoid similar situations in the future?
Or can you tell me how to troubleshoot these invalid characters, I want my product-sitemap2.xml to work again!

You can view these characters when you hover your mouse on the product images and wait a few seconds. This character is present in all four product images.
Edit the title of these images and check your sitemap again.
