You can also make sure that your sitemap is not being cached by following these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server:

Sorry but it does not work. I can see all sitemaps details except when I click on product it shows a blank page.

Thank you for that information.
Could you please also check your website’s root directory and check for a static file named /product-sitemap.xml? Rank Math sitemaps are created virtually so there shouldn’t be any sitemap file existing in your website file directory.
If the issue still persists, please follow the steps in this link to redirect your sitemap since you’re using Nginx:
