    Rank Math free

    Hello,

I have the following question … All of my products in my store have variables and each variety has a separate sku and barcode and a different price! So in that case, is it appropriate to use the RankMath “Product” scheme (since I have realy already chosen it for the most products) or is it better to choose the “WooCommerce Schema” that maybe is betther in my case?

    Thank you!

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.

Since you already have those data in your products, I would recommend using the WooCommerce Product Schema since Rank Math takes the schema data from your product pages automatically and turns it into Schema-ready content.

    I hope that helps.

Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.

Good! I reworked everything in “WooCommerce Product Schema”, but I’m wondering something (or too many things) because I’m almost confused and I don’t think my RankMath marcups schemes work OK on my web site! ..

I have a “CTX FEED Plugin” ( I use it for some different platforms as facebook, some other marketplaces and etc.) that generates fields in my products(all of them are variable so any variation have the different fields) such as SKU, age group, material, EAN, price of goods sold, basic unit price measure, etc. .. They are all filled in, but google doesn’t seem to see them!

At the same time, I have your scheme active I’m writing al my contents according RankMath and I submit the site map ONLY through the RankMath plugin, but I don’t think that everything is updated correctly there, because there I see the old names of the products and their old slugs, which I changed some time ago !!!

I also have active instant indexing, but I still see old names on the sitemap!

SOME OF MY QUESTIONS ARE THE FOLLOWING:

How can I update the site maps, aren’t they updated automatically after each my change on the website?

Can I put an additional site map generated by the “CTX FEED plugin? Will this be wrong? Will 2 sitemaps work well for the same products, categories, etc. which come from the same website, are therefore for the same products with the same links?

I still fight with the right RankMath plugin work from the begin.. It seems that doesn’t matter that I complied with and followed all the requirements … I wanted to switch to the paid plan, but I’m starting to doubt really!

I need your help to make the RankMath working on my website!

    Thank you again!

    Hello,

The problem seems to be the cache, Did you have any Cache plugin installed on your website? Also in order to flush the sitemap, please follow these steps:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Can I put an additional site map generated by the “CTX FEED plugin? Will this be wrong? Will 2 sitemaps work well for the same products, categories, etc. which come from the same website, are therefore for the same products with the same links?

No, You should only use one sitemap for your website, Having two sitemap will exhaust your crawl budget and will also not able to index new links due to that.

That should fix your sitemap related issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.
