Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
If the file is returning a 5xx error it means it’s a server error.
Unfortunately, we can’t check the server error logs directly and you would need to enable PHP and server error logging and then trigger the error once again.
After that, the server log should have entries related to this issue that would help us pinpoint the exact issue causing this on your website.
If you are not sure about this you can ask your hosting provider to enable this for you.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
hello
thanks for your reply. i enabled the the display_errors for my domain in php setting in cpanel. then i tested again, i did not get any error at public_html(error_log) and the Errors in cpanel. should i check another place?
in firefox and chrome i get different errors in console, these two of them are likely close to this issue :
in firefox:
Cookie “SIDCC” will be soon rejected because it has the “SameSite” attribute set to “None” or an invalid value, without the “secure” attribute. To know more about the “SameSite“ attribute, read https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Set-Cookie/SameSite
in chrome:
POST https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2
honestly i dont know if they are related or not. sometimes when i try to update the product, it will show the error and ask if i want to try saving it again(when i close the popup and click the update (again without closing or refreshing) it will be updated but not in rankmath setting and datas like schema , just product elements in divi)
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
