Please test the page on Google’s Structured data testing tool: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/ and confirm there are no errors.
If that is the case, there is nothing to worry about and it is just a waiting game until Google decides to include Schema for your website. Please note that although Rank Math adds proper schema to your website, it is ultimately Google’s decision if they want to include them with your website or not. It depends on a lot of factors, authority and backlinks being just the 2 of them.
Here’s what Google says:
“Google does not guarantee that your structured data will show up in search results, even if your page is marked up correctly according to the Structured Data Testing Tool.”

when I test my pages in the Structured Data Testing Tool it shows that I miss the review field but I have reviews on my products

Are you collecting Reviews through WooCommerce or are you using a separate plugin? If it’s a separate plugin please let us know which one.
