Product Id is Missing

Rank Math free

We have used the Rank math in our Woo-commerce website and Facebook pixel fetches the information from it. But while creating catalogue on FB it shows an error that it showing an error that product is missing as the Meta data of Rank math not fetching the product Id from our site. Could you please check this issue asap

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Yes, we have in our plans to add it in an upcoming release but we don’t have (yet) a public release date.

Luckily, we have an API, so if you know about coding or have some dev, you could add the missing IDs for now extending the JSON-LD data using this filter: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#extend-json-ld-data

Following the requirements told by Facebook here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/catalog/guides/microdata-tags#json-ld
