    Rank Math free

    Hello,

    I have an issue with Rank Math on my product category pages. The search console says : Either “offers”, “review”, or “aggregateRating” should be specified.

    I tried the option Remove Snippet Data from the Rank Math page option for product category for 2 months but the error is still in the GSC. So to contact you I removed this option in order to let you see the error.

    Can you please help me with this ? I would like to show the offer to google for each product of the category on all the product category pages.

    Thank you for your help,

    Best Regards,

    Raphael

  • Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    I cannot seem to spot any errors on the URL that you shared. Please note that Rank Math takes the schema data from your product pages automatically and turns it into Schema-ready content. Likewise, the aggregateRating and review fields are taken from your actual product reviews that your buyers/customers leave on your products.

    If you don’t have any reviews yet, that is going to show up as a warning in the schema testing tool. That’s because Google will actually look for those fields.

    Please acquire some reviews and ratings to get rid of the aggregateRating and review warnings.

    You can fix the SKU and availability issue easily as well:

    To fix the brand warning, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce and choose from any of the available fields to use as your product’s brands.

    Brand Value

    If you want to use a custom value for your Brands, you can do that by using the following code in your theme’s functions.php file:

    // Add Brand for Products.
    add_filter( 'rank_math/snippet/rich_snippet_product_entity', function( $entity ) {
    $entity['brand'] = 'Rank Math;
    return $entity;
    });

    Replace the “Rank Math” text with your actual brand name then run your website through the Structured Data Testing tool once again.

    Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello,

    I have updated the data. I have on left problem on Reviewed products. For each Review, the structured data testing tool is saying that offers, review or aggregateRating is missing. That’s weird ! (you can see in support section block the links)

    Hello,

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the response.

    The default login URL does not seem to work for your site.
    Could you please share the custom URL that you are using to login?

    We are looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the patience.

    We are currently looking into this and we will be getting back to you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    The errors you see in the Structured Data Testing tool are not from the schema generated by the Rank Math plugin. You can deactivate the Rank Math plugin and check the page, you will still see the errors. Some other plugin or theme is adding that schema markup on your site. Please follow the steps given in the below link to check for the plugin causing problem: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
