I’ve checked the site you have provided, and it seems that the category page just shows the normal editing page in WordPress. Could you please walk us through how you edit that using Divi’s visual builder? Or you have a different URL for this issue so we can replicate it?
They have been designed using DIVI Builder (one page for every Prodcut Category)

I have saved a video playing around with the page where I tried to explain in the field the problem of accessing Rank Math Menu from Product Category Pages designed from DIVI THEME BUILDER (and not regular Divi).

Thank you for keeping in touch with us and thank you so much for providing a detailed explanation through the video you shared.
It looks like you are trying to edit Divi templates which Rank Math doesn’t support. We won’t offer SEO optimization on templates because templates are not indexable since they will be part of an actual page. So the Rank Math SEO menu will only be available for regular pages.
This is also the case for Elementor templates.

I understand that. So it’s not possible to perform SEO analysis based on templates prepared in DIVI THEME BUILDER.
On the other hand, there is no problem when using regular pages or posts based on DIVI REGULAR DESIGN.
