    Good day

    For the past 5, almost 6 weeks, my products have been appearing and then disappearing, randomly, and at different times of the day, in and from Google shopping.
    There is a logged case with Google, however there really seems no end in Google actually resolving this.
    I would like to reach out to Rankmath to possibly help me try and determine why this issue keeps happening. I started appearing again on Google Friday evening last week, and was active and visible in Google Shopping for 4 days, then just completely dropped off the radar again. My site was enhanced listed by Google on 9 December 2021 and the sales boomed, up until middle of January 2022. Around about the time of my products disappeared from Google Shopping the only ‘change’ performed was requesting a refund from AdTribes, product feed elite, and went back to the pro version (hardly suspect AdTribes would have malicious code in their plugins to create such disruption).

    The only other noticeable and visible thing needing clarification is when I have disappeared from Google Shopping then when specifically searching my company name and then the product brand it appears as if all products are being archived, a feature I assume Rankmath Plugin performs, and that’s my reasoning for reaching out to you.
    Search ‘Ajax Alarms’ and at the moment I appear nowhere in Google Shopping.
    Type ‘Collective Innovative Solutions Ajax Alarms’ into a Google search and my company comes up with the following on the search: Alarms Archive – Collective Innovative Solutions
    Now ‘Alarms’ is a category in my shop and Ajax products d fall under this.
    The above is an example, this is happening to all my products.

    Please may you assist in anyway possible to help identify why this horrible occurrence keeps transpiring?
    I have created an Admin logon to my WordPress dashboard which is in the sensitive data section.

    The Archives are not something created by Rank Math, those are the categories that you create in WooCommerce. If your products are being deindexed then please check the Coverage section of your GSC account and see if there are any errors related to your products.

    Products are not being deindexed, search console itself is perfect, as well as merchant center.
    I just cant understand why my products appear and disappear randomly on and off Google Shopping.
    I have performed extensive research and am not able to find out why my opportunities for sales is being limited, about to enter 6 weeks of this incredibly frustrating issue.
    I unfortunately have to reach out to all 3rd parties providing any form of reliance to the world wide web to get this issue resolved.

    Have you come across any sites that has about 4 hours uptime on google shopping, and then products just disappear, and then re-appear at random back onto shopping?

    We haven’t received tickets before regarding such an issue.     I have had a support ticket with google for 6 weeks, there just seems to be no end to this, needless to say R0, 00 sales in 6 weeks.

    Just wish somebody somewhere would be able to point somebody in the right direction.
    I am going to attempt another SEO plugin to see if this eliminates the cause as nobody has a clue as to why this is happening, not even Google nor their own algorithms.

    Since there are no issues in Merchant Center or GSC, there seems to be nothing wrong with the SEO setup. Please make sure that you are following Google’s guidelines: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6363310?hl=en
