For the past 5, almost 6 weeks, my products have been appearing and then disappearing, randomly, and at different times of the day, in and from Google shopping.
There is a logged case with Google, however there really seems no end in Google actually resolving this.
I would like to reach out to Rankmath to possibly help me try and determine why this issue keeps happening. I started appearing again on Google Friday evening last week, and was active and visible in Google Shopping for 4 days, then just completely dropped off the radar again. My site was enhanced listed by Google on 9 December 2021 and the sales boomed, up until middle of January 2022. Around about the time of my products disappeared from Google Shopping the only ‘change’ performed was requesting a refund from AdTribes, product feed elite, and went back to the pro version (hardly suspect AdTribes would have malicious code in their plugins to create such disruption).The only other noticeable and visible thing needing clarification is when I have disappeared from Google Shopping then when specifically searching my company name and then the product brand it appears as if all products are being archived, a feature I assume Rankmath Plugin performs, and that’s my reasoning for reaching out to you.
Search ‘Ajax Alarms’ and at the moment I appear nowhere in Google Shopping.
Type ‘Collective Innovative Solutions Ajax Alarms’ into a Google search and my company comes up with the following on the search: Alarms Archive – Collective Innovative Solutions
Now ‘Alarms’ is a category in my shop and Ajax products d fall under this.
The above is an example, this is happening to all my products.Please may you assist in anyway possible to help identify why this horrible occurrence keeps transpiring?
I have created an Admin logon to my WordPress dashboard which is in the sensitive data section.
