Problems with sitemaps and images

    So I have a problem here which I can’t figure out. So I have disabled sitemaps for images from the setting of Rank Seo Math and after scanning with Ryte (a website audit tool), there was a problem with some of my images being in a sitemap that shouldn’t be either or yet again shouldn’t be fetched from crawling. I have attached the album with the pictures below. The one picture is from Google console that shows the sitemaps, the second picture is your index page showing your sitemaps and the third is the report from Ryte showing a “ghost” sitemap.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I checked your sitemap and Rank math is only adding the post sitemap. With Rank math images are usually added to the attached posts or through attachment sitemap if it’s enabled, unless you have an image-specific post type in which case there would be an image sitemap as a post type.

    I also noted you have submitted multiple sitemaps on your GSC. You should only submit the main sitemap to your GSC. Please remove all the submitted sitemaps and resubmit only sitemap/-index.xml
