  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I looked at the URLs in the screenshots shared by you, and noticed the links are from your website as they share the same domain name.

I tested one of them, and it gave an error of too many redirects. Please note Google can crawl your website in many ways, for instance through internal links, sitemaps etc.

As a first step to troubleshoot the issue, I’d request you to please try to locate these links on your website, if they are present in the form of internal links or these URLs are no longer valid on your website?

Please let us know. Looking forward to helping you further.

    Thank you

    Hi

    Thank you for the replay,
I don’t use any of that links, I am not sure why google thing that is some page or post, because that don’t exist on my wp. I am not sure what is issue.

    Hello,

I’ve checked your sitemap and robots.txt, but they are working fine.

Please remove all your submitted sitemap files in your Google Search Console account and resubmit your main sitemap only.

Once done, give Google some time to recrawl your site.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Hi

    Hello,

Pages in the screenshot are on an endless redirect path to themselves and it’s being done via our plugin, so you’ll need to check the Redirections module of Rank Math and look for any potential culprits of this.

It can be a regex expression that’s hitting that page and redirecting it to itself or any other one that hits that URL.

As a last resort, you can disable the Redirections module of Rank Math completely and that should help eliminate the problem.

Hope this helps track down the issue.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hi

Yes I put redirection when some user type domain.com/hhasd it will go to Home page, but why that URL in my screenshot doesn’t go to the home page?

    Hello,

It seems there is a current redirection rule that is taking over for that specific URL.

For us to further check, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Pls check now Sensitive Data

    Hello,

I debugged your redirection and indeed Rank Math is causing the redirection loop.

Setting the fallback behavior to the Default 404 will resolve the issue but this doesn’t explain why the affected URL is looping.

    loop

I tried enabling troubleshooting mode by following this guide but your site won’t let me. I can’t disable and enable plugins/theme while in troubleshooting mode.

Can you please follow the guide I just shared and see if there are other plugins/theme that might be conflicting with Rank Math’s redirection?

If you prefer, you can create a staging site, replicate the issue there and share the login info with us so we don’t worry about breaking your live site.

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

I create that website before 9 months, I dont see that problem
I think that issue is from google console side, I am not sure from where console took that URL

    Hello,

This could be just an old URL that Google attempted to index before and caused an issue as it throws a redirection error.

You may try to clear your website cache and allow Google to recrawl your website. This might take time but after Google recrawls your website, check the coverage report again and see if the errors are still there.

Looking forward to helping you with this one.
