The point was that Rank Math had no problem indentifying H1 tag on my home page / theme before this incident with Instant Indexin and now it is not, and I have not done any change on the front page or theme.
The same is with browser / Chrome – before Instant indexing incident the shortcut to a front page had a site title (as it should have), and now is named after page title / H1 (even though rank math SEO analysys claims there is no H1 on the front page ..)
I have sent you sensitive data to check what is going on – everything worked before….

You should also conduct a conflict test by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

As advised, I went trough troubleshoutting. The issue persisted even when only the default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty) and Rank Math are active.
Rank Math’s SEO Analysys in troubleshoutting mode still says that there is no H1 tag on the front page of my site.
I use Kadence Pro theme – they recommended Rank Math.
And – I repeat! – before I enabled instant indexing there were no problem – nor Rank Math reported missing H1 tag on my front page, nor Google stoped showing my site in the search results.
Fortunately, I was able to notice the problem very soon and by myself “fix” Google skipping the site in search results by emediately deactivating Instant indexing and asking Google to recrawl the site – but some problem stil persists and wasn’t there before, if I am suppose to trust Rank Math and its SEO analysis.
What sensitive data would be of use to you, or Rank Maths team, Michael?

Going through your Main homepage’s source code I am not seeing any <h1> tags.
I looked through some pages I am seeing <h1> tags. https://i.rankmath.com/wSe3GN

I went through Google’s cache version which last appears on the 16th Jan and can’t find <h1> tags on your homepage as well.

Can I suggest adding a <h1> tag in your homepage and do a test again?
