Hello,
I’m sorry to hear about the sitemap issue you are facing with Google Search Console. It seems that you are experiencing difficulties retrieving the sitemap for the URLs https://rankmath.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Index-titles-and-meta-settings.png and https://rankmath.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Index-titles-and-meta-settings.png while the sitemap at https://rankmath.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Index-titles-and-meta-settings.png is working fine.
Based on the information you provided, it appears that you deliberately checked the “do not index on search engines” box in Rank Math on WordPress. This action might be causing the issue with the sitemaps displaying the error message.
To resolve this problem, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that the sitemaps are correctly configured and located in the root folder of your WordPress installation.
- Check if all your posts are set to index in Rank Math SEO settings under Titles & Meta.
- Exclude the sitemap from caching in the LiteSpeed cache extension.
If after following these steps you still encounter issues, please let us know, and we will assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
We’ve checked your sitemaps, and they are opening fine.
For troubleshooting, please remove your sitemap index and resubmit your sub-sitemaps instead (product-sitemap.xml, post-sitemap.xml and page-sitemap.xml)
Once done, give Google some time to recrawl your sitemaps.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Bonjour,
Vous me conseillez de supprimer le plan de site et de mettre les sous-sitemaps au lieu du sitemaps en lui même (sitemap-index.xml) ?
Merci d’avance,
Bonne fin de soirée.
Hello,
No need to submit all your sub-sitemaps as Google will use your sitemap_index.xml to retrieve them.
Here’s a guide you can follow as well when submitting sitemaps:

Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Okay thank you for your help, before performing this solution I have a question.
Will there be an impact on the SEO of my website if I connect to the search console with the same email as the one used on my website?
Thank you in advance for your response,
Good day
Hello,
No, the email you used in connecting with Google Search Console and your website will have no impact on the SEO.
Hope this helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you for choosing Rank Math.

Je marque en résolu le ticket.
