I understand but I wanted to correct it in order to improve the site’s SEO, you understand?
Thanks to you all the same

    Hello,

I understand you’re facing an issue with a redirect error reported by Google Search Console after changing the URL of a page on your site and setting up a redirect with Rank Math SEO.

Use Google Search Console to manually submit the new URL for indexing. This action can help expedite the process of recognizing the updated URL and the redirect.

Also, keep an eye on Google Search Console for a few days to see if the redirect error persists. Sometimes, it takes a bit of time for Google to process the redirect and update its index accordingly.

Redirect errors in Google Search Console are typically not critical issues, but addressing them can help ensure a smooth user experience and support your SEO efforts.

We hope that helps, and please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

D’accord et pour les soucis de no-index comment les résoudre en sachant que ces pages ont déja l’attribut “no-index” ?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

If you have already set them to noindex, then you may need to give Google some time to recrawl them.

According to Google guidelines, crawling can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. The crawling and indexing depend on the authority and crawl budget of the website.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Good morning
Okay thank you for your help.
Consequently this url https://dev-web-agency.com/agence-web-de-creation-de-sites-e-commerce has just been reported to me in the “redirection problem” section even though the redirection works correctly .
    I did on Rank math : contains -> web-agency-de-creation-de-sites-e-commerce redirect to https://dev-web-agency.com/agence-web-de-creation-de-sites-e-commerce.

How to solve this problem ?

    Thanks in advance,
    Sincerely

Pourtant j’ai bien envoyé cette url dans l’inspection d’url de la GSC: https://dev-web-agency.com/agence-web-de-creation-de-sites-e-commerce . Mais j’ai toujours cette erreur .

    Merci d’avance,
    Cordialement

    Hello,

This URL is actually getting redirected from the non-trailing slash to the trailing slash version of the page.

If you want to remove the non-trailing slash version of the page from GSC, you can use the URL inspection tool of your GSC account to check the URL and view the referring page to make sure from where it is coming.

Once you know the referring page, you can unlink or modify it so Google won’t discover it again.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

    Good morning,

Can you help me find my reference page? I want to remove the no-slash url redirect.
Then how to modify it so as to only have the url with the slash?
Here is the link to the screenshot taken with the URL inspection tool:

    Thanks in advance,

    Hello,

Your website is configured to always have the trailing slash at the end of the permalink, at least this is how WordPress works by default.

Just make sure that the destination URL in the redirection rule you created contains the trailing slash to avoid having double redirections.

Also, when adding the linking URL internally in your website content, you’ll need to include the URL with the trailing slash as well. This prevents the redirect error from GSC.

    Looking forward to helping you.
