    Hello,

    I actually paid for a yearly subscription of 53.23 euros “entry pack”, so I don’t understand why I wouldn’t have access to that.

    What should I do to have access to it knowing that I have taken out the entry subscription?
    I paid exactly 53.23 euros for the content AI tools.

    The content ai subscription that I took no longer allows me to use the search tools which costs 500 credits whereas I could 2 weeks ago. The content ai subscription cost me 53.23, I can send you the proof with the name “rank math” on my bank account deductions.

    Could you remedy this quickly please?
