    Thank you for reaching out to us, and we apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your Content AI credits.

    It seems like you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps. If you haven’t already, please make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Then, head over to your Rank Math account area and ensure that your account has Content AI credits left. You can do this by visiting this URL: Rank Math Account Area.

    If the credit count is correct but not showing on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by following the steps in this screenshot:
    Disconnect and Reconnect

    After doing so, please head over to your WordPress admin area → Rank Math → Dashboard → Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. Then, go to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.

    Mi problema sigue persistiendo, he realizado todos los pasos indicados pero sigue sin aparecer mi credito, por favor necesito asistencia para solucionar este error

    Mi problema sigue existiendo, hace 7 dias que compre la licencia de content ai y sigo sin poder acceder a mis creditos , por favor ayudenme de una manera mas efectiva o dispondre asolicitar un reembolso
