We don’t have a known issue with the Redis cache, and the Analytics feature should fetch the data every 7 days (3 days in the Rank Math PRO version).
If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

The data will always have some gaps between the last day it was fetched and the next 3 days because we use those 3 days for the calculations and we also only import finalized data from Google, which usually takes roughly between 24 to 48 hours to complete.

Yes, since the last time the data was fetched on the website was February 5th, the 3 days before that include the 2nd of February when you don’t see the data.
That is the situation we explained in the previous reply about the gap in data.
Also, since on the Free version the data only gets updated once a week, the number of days missing might increase because of that.
