Thank you! I Added the logins and attached some screenshots in the sensitive data area. The problem is that a completely identical url in Cyrillic “маси” sometimes is working and sometimes its not working. I think that it is something related to encoding. Please check the provided urls they are both giving the same result in Cyrillic but in Latin one is lower case and one is upper case
We are facing the same problem with Arabic URLs. The issue is caused due to the uppercase form of the encoded URLs is not considered during the category URL rewrite by Rank Math when category base is stripped.
I reported the bug on Github yesterday with a fix pull request:

We have identified the issue, and with the help of @abbas-shahwan it’s been fixed in our development version.
We will possibly include the same fix in the next stable update for the plugin.
After updating the plugin, please make sure to visit the Settings > Permalinks page (to flush the rewrite rules on your site), then both versions of the URL should work correctly.
