problem with rank math seo - Support

Hi well I can’t show seo controls in page I tried to activate seo controles for pages but it doesn’t work I clear all caches( cdn,hosting,wordpress,browser) I deactivate cache plug same thing.I tried to make changes in elementor but when I refresh I lost the changes.any solution please

Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > [You post type] and check if the “Add SEO Controls” option is enabled:

Then, ensure that you have checked “Rank Math SEO” when expanding Screen options in your post editor.

If the issue persists, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Hello,

I logged in and installed the Health Check plugin to check for conflicts.

The ACF PRO plugin is conflicting with Rank Math.

However, there is an update available for that plugin, please update the Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin and Rank Math to the latest version and see if that fixes the issue.

thanks for your reply
I followed all the steps but still can’t save changes I tried to deactivate the WordFence plug and make changes in rank math without success
I accessed the updateMeta route in my website i get this message

I roll back to previous version of rankmath but same problem.
so please if there any further solution help me.
it’s my client website and I need to fix it

hey thanks for your reply I realised that the problem is in some pages not all as the home I can’t made changes but for other like services I can save seo changes

well I deactivated the plugin and instal other seo plug and it’s work normal
I was happy with rank math in my other clients website with this website it doesn’t work
